Lounge/Dining/Kitchen(15mx5.5m): The property has a spacious lounge, dining area suitable for eight and kitchen all heated by a log burning stove. Amenities include double oven, dishwasher, wine fridge, dryer and washing machine. The main bathroom resides behind the kitchen with bath/shower and double sinks.

Bedroom Hallway(1.5mx10m): All the bedrooms lead off from the hallway. Please note there are a few small steps into the bedroom hallway.

Bedroom 1(5mx5m): Master Bedroom with ensuite and double bed. Large full length wardrobe, bedside tables, dressing table and chair.

Bedroom 2(3.5mx5m): The 2nd bedroom has a large full length wardrobe, dressing table and bedside tables. The bedroom has a super kingsize bed which can be split on request to form two large single beds. A door leads onto a private courtyard shared with bedroom 3.

Bedroom 3(3.5mx3.5m): The 3rd bedroom has a double bed, chest of draws and bed size tables.  A door leads onto a private courtyard shared with bedroom 2.

Bedroom 4(3.5mx2m): The smallest of the 4 bedrooms with a single bed, chest of draws and toy box for the kids.

Entrance Hall(2mx3m): A lovely area to drop off boots, shoes, coats.

Parking for 4 Cars(2 in Courtyard and 2 in main parking area).  We have extra parking for visitors at the bottom end of the garden road.

Outside we have a large garden with a kids climbing frame, table to seat 8 and a fire pit.  The shed has garden games, BBQ, bean bags.The house also has a large field and wood area.
