2020 was an unusual year for everyone, but work continued on improving Siam House with a beatiful, oak framed entrance hall. This allows step free access for our disabled son and others to enjoy the house.
Sadly Covid hit right in the middle of the build and we only managed to complete 85% of this before the summer months arrived. Apologies to all for the lack of flooring at the entrance during this time. We made the decision to go ahead with summer booking as we new we didn't want to let anyone down on having a holiday this year with everything going on. We completed the build in October/ November 2020 and we are more than pleased with the new entrance hall. You can now throw off your wellies and walking boots, hang your coats up and enjoy the house as you walk in.
We hope all our guests for 2021 enjoy the house. Sadly it still loooks like we will be unable to use the house ourselves as Covid carries on around us and we are stuck in Thailand.
